Realisable iMan
In an eCommerce survey that Sage commissioned over a year ago, they discovered that 30% of Sage Customers that had a web store were using Magento. In many of those cases, Magento and the Sage ERP were not integrated. Having spoken to companies that have this arrangement, I have learned that most often the reason for lack of integration is because the companies do not realize that there are purpose-built integration applications to integrate Sage ERPs to not only Magento but WooCommerce, Shopify and VisualSoft as well as Salesforce and Sage CRM. In addition, some even link to Marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Jet.com, Walmart and cDiscount.
However, in today’s interconnected world even that isn’t enough; some integrate to Concur expenses and invoicing, SagePay, Cybersource and NAPS for credit card payments. Complex iMan Workflow
What makes iMan so powerful is the ability to Customize the workflows. As an example, let’s say that you have developed a list of warning signs that a credit card may be fraudulent. With iMan it is easy to create a workflow that checks each order against the list of warning signs and instead of writing the order directly into the ERP, redirects the order to a team member to verify. Alternatively, you may want to send an email to a customer the moment their package is shipped and then write the tracking number back into their account at the store so they can track the delivery. Or maybe you have some company-specific workflow that you want to trigger when a particular condition or group of conditions is met. With Realisable iMan all of this and more is possible.
